
The T&T Senior Analyst - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP FICO) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support for SAP applications. This role involves troubleshooting production incidents, collaborating with developers, and supporting project teams to deliver effective solutions.
In this role at Deloitte, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include resolving production incidents and enhancing SAP applications. You will also prepare presentation materials and coordinate client communications in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Have at least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member.
Possess basic knowledge of integration with related modules/sub-modules.
Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
Familiarity with traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
Certifications in relevant applications or ITIL/Project Management is an advantage.
Good command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
