Role Summary
The T&T Senior Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Basis/Security) is responsible for providing Level 2 Application Managed Services support. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to troubleshoot production incidents, deliver enhancements, and contribute to business development efforts while upholding the firm's standards and values.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include troubleshooting and resolving production incidents, as well as maintaining documentation according to established standards. You will also support project delivery and coordinate client communications in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 Application Managed Services support.
- Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Deliver enhancements and maintain documentation according to standards.
- Support project delivery and develop work products.
- Prepare presentation materials for client communications.
- Coordinate with diverse teams to solve problems and improve performance.
- Contribute to business development efforts while upholding the firm's standards.
Job Requirements
6-10 years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
Technical proficiency in systems development and troubleshooting.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Apex, Javascript, SQL/SOQL.
Familiarity with cloud or on-premise platforms.
Experience in traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
Certifications in relevant applications or ITIL/Project Management is an advantage.
Good command of the English language.
