Role Summary
The T&T Senior Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Delivery Lead) is responsible for providing high-level application managed services support and leading solution design discussions. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to enhance client outcomes and contribute to business development efforts.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include resolving escalated production incidents and conducting root cause analyses. You will also support project teams in delivering solutions and prepare presentations for client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 or Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support.
- Resolve escalated production incidents and conduct root cause analyses.
- Lead solution design discussions and ensure adherence to AMS processes.
- Support project teams in delivering solutions and developing work products.
- Prepare presentations and coordinate client communications.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve client outcomes.
- Lead or coach junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
At least 6-8 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member.
Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
Familiarity with traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches.
Certifications in relevant applications or ITIL/Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, Agile) are advantageous.
Good command of English.
