
The Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for supporting campus recruitment and the graduate recruitment program. This role contributes to advancing progress and sustainability while aligning with Schneider Electric's values of inclusion, mastery, and teamwork.
In this role, the intern will engage in daily activities that involve maintaining relationships with university partners and conducting talent market research. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates for experienced hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or any Business related field.
Strong communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of video or photo editing software is an advantage.
