TDM (Tech Planning) - Cards at Accenture Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Tech Delivery Manager (TDM) for Cards is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology solutions within the Cards domain. This senior role impacts large-scale financial institutions by managing complex card platforms and leading cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of card technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery and migration of platforms. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of cards platforms such as Cardlink and VisionPlus.
• Lead migrations and oversee cross-functional teams in mainframe and open systems environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and architectural standards related to cards technology.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align project objectives.
• Monitor delivery timelines, scope, budget, and risks for large-scale programs.
• Oversee teams of developers, analysts, and technical leads.
• Drive customer engagement through loyalty systems and Cards API integration.
