The Tech Delivery Manager (TDM) for Cards is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology solutions within the Cards domain. This senior role impacts large-scale financial institutions by managing complex card platforms and leading cross-functional teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of card technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery and migration of platforms. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of cards platforms such as Cardlink and VisionPlus.
- Lead migrations and oversee cross-functional teams in mainframe and open systems environments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and architectural standards related to cards technology.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align project objectives.
- Monitor delivery timelines, scope, budget, and risks for large-scale programs.
- Oversee teams of developers, analysts, and technical leads.
- Drive customer engagement through loyalty systems and Cards API integration.
Job Requirements
At least 9 years of experience in technology delivery within the Cards domain.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of cards platforms.
Strong capability to lead regional or global cards migration projects.
Experience in managing delivery timelines, scope, budget, and risks.
Competency in collaborating with business stakeholders and regional teams.
