As a Sales Team Lead, you will engage in daily operations, providing hands-on coaching and support to your team at the sales counter. You will manage customer interactions and ensure that the physical outlet reflects the AirAsia brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in sales or customer service leadership.
Ability to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication skills to coach team members and handle customer feedback.
Proficiency in using computers for recording transactions and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
