Proven experience in sales or customer service leadership.
Ability to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication skills to coach team members and handle customer feedback.
Proficiency in using computers for recording transactions and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Proactive attitude towards up-selling and promoting ancillary products.
Knowledge of the travel industry and AirAsia products or services.
