The Team Leader, Retail (Support) is responsible for overseeing the Retail Operations team in West Malaysia. This role is crucial for managing daily tasks, leading problem-solving efforts, and ensuring high standards of service quality in retail expansion projects.
In this role, you will manage the Retail Operations team, utilizing performance data to optimize efficiency and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will collaborate with internal departments and implement new operational processes to enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics management or coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Drive.
Strong communication skills in written and oral English.
Highly proactive, organized, and responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
