The Team Leader for Retail Support oversees the Retail Operations team in West Malaysia, managing daily tasks and leading problem-solving efforts. You will utilize performance data to optimize efficiency, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborate with internal departments. The role is vital for retail expansion projects, requiring a proactive leader to test and implement new operational processes while ensuring high standards of service quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics management or coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Drive.
Strong communication skills in written and oral English.
Highly proactive, organized, and responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to lead problem-solving activities and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
