Job Requirements
Experience managing agile teams and delivering digital banking projects.
Strong leadership and delivery management skills.
Deep technical understanding of digital banking platforms.
Ability to plan delivery, execute sprints, allocate resources, and track performance.
Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
Experience promoting Agile best practices including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies and remove blockers.
Experience providing regular status reports, risk assessments, and delivery metrics.
Familiarity with DevOps integration and CI/CD practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
