Job Description
The Tech Delivery Manager (GWB-DBB Boatsize) - Digital Banking is a senior role responsible for leading delivery initiatives within the Digital Banking Global Wholesale Banking domain. The position involves managing two Agile squads comprising more than 15 members, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of digital banking products and services. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and product to drive project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Job Requirements
6-9 years of experience in technical delivery management, preferably in the Digital Banking or Financial Services sector.
Proven ability to lead 2 or more agile squads consisting of more than 15 engineers across distributed teams.
Solid understanding of Agile practices, sprint metrics, backlog prioritization, and team velocity.
Experience working in Unix-based environments such as HPUX, Linux, and Solaris.
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and enterprise-scale application delivery.
