Role Summary
The Tech Delivery Manager (GWB-DBB Boatsize) - Digital Banking is responsible for leading delivery initiatives within the Digital Banking Global Wholesale Banking domain. This senior role involves managing multiple Agile squads to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital banking products and services.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of two Agile squads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery using Agile methodologies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that digital banking solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two Agile squads comprising more than 15 members.
- Ensure timely delivery of digital banking products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor and report on sprint metrics and team velocity.
- Prioritize backlog items effectively to meet project goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
Job Requirements
6-9 years of experience in technical delivery management, preferably in the Digital Banking or Financial Services sector.
Proven ability to lead 2 or more agile squads consisting of more than 15 engineers across distributed teams.
Solid understanding of Agile practices and methodologies.
Experience working in Unix-based environments such as HPUX, Linux, and Solaris.
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and enterprise-scale application delivery.
