The Technical Advertiser Solutions Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for managing customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and service quality. This role focuses on technical integrations on advertisers' webpages and platforms, providing essential support to ensure optimal performance and resolution of issues.

In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their technical needs and ensuring a seamless experience with our advertising solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and problem-solving to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide technical onboarding solutions in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Resolve advertiser queries and issues related to eCommerce tracking and advertising platform features.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support to advertisers.
• Troubleshoot pixel implementations and verify their functionality.
• Escalate unresolved issues to product teams or other stakeholders.
• Analyze technical integrations and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and exceed performance KPIs related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
