The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various job levels including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff, hourly, and potentially management positions. This role may involve utilizing employment agencies, placing ads in appropriate media, maintaining accurate recruitment records including EEO statistics, and recruiting from colleges, technical schools, and job fairs. The recruiter has working knowledge and experience in their discipline, continues to build organizational knowledge, and performs mainly straightforward assignments with moderate guidance.
Knowledge and experience in the recruiting discipline relevant to the role.
Ability to source and interview candidates for various job levels and roles.
Capability to maintain accurate and concise recruitment records and reports.
Familiarity with using prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
Willingness to work under moderate guidance and direction.
Ability to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
