Job Description
In this role, you will assist in troubleshooting computer hardware issues and monitor system performance on a daily basis. You will also provide support for users and manage access levels in Active Directory, ensuring efficient IT operations throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting computer hardware issues.
- Monitor system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.
- Provide KCIS support for users and maintain applications.
- Monitor network and wireless connectivity throughout the hospital.
- Collaborate with external providers or vendors on minor system problems.
- Manage users, groups, and access levels in Active Directory.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT systems and protocols.
Job Requirements
Diploma in IT / Computer Science.
Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience.
Must be helpful, self-confident, and work smart.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
Experience with network monitoring.
Familiarity with Active Directory management.
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus.
