Role Summary
The Technician in Technology Services will support the hospital's IT infrastructure by troubleshooting hardware issues and monitoring system performance. This role involves collaboration with external vendors and managing user access within the hospital's IT systems.
Job Description
Assist in troubleshooting of any computer hardware in the hospital. Day to day monitoring of system performance in terms of utilization and capacity. KCIS support for users, Add new consultants and application maintenance. Monitoring Network & Wireless Connectivity throughout hospital. Work with external provider or vendor on minor system problem whenever IT Executive or IT Assistant are not available. Manage users, groups, and access level in Active Directory.
Job Requirements
Diploma of IT / Computer Science
Fresh graduates or 3 years’ experience
Must be helpful, self-confidence and work smart
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues
Experience with network monitoring
Familiarity with Active Directory management
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus
Strong communication skills
