
The Telemarketer is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role involves building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and managing cases for timely resolution.
As a Telemarketer, you will interact with customers through calls and messaging, focusing on their needs and delivering appropriate solutions. You will participate in training programs to enhance your skills and achieve performance targets while improving your communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Immediate availability or within 2 weeks
Minimum Diploma or equivalent; Degree is a plus
1–2 years in customer service or call center roles preferred
Fluent in Malay and English (spoken & written)
Strong communication and confident speaking skills
Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (system, MS Excel, etc.)
