
The Telesales Executive role focuses on acquiring new SME customers and managing existing accounts. You will drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Telesales Executive, you will proactively identify and acquire new SME customers through outbound calls. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Your role includes maintaining a sales pipeline, achieving monthly targets, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing or inside sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and target-driven environments.
Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
