As a Consultant in the Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice, you will solve customer-facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing for global clients. You will design, build, and implement cloud contact center strategies using the AWS platform, specifically focusing on Amazon Connect. Responsibilities include creating business cases for cloud journeys, architecting technology solutions with Solution Architects, and developing innovative assets like Lex bots and sales demos. You will also support leadership in responding to RFIs and RFPs while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
2 to 9 years of experience delivering SaaS or PaaS projects, specifically with Amazon Connect.
Hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of large-scale contact center solutions.
Proficiency in AWS services including Lex, Lambda, Kinesis, Athena, and Pinpoint.
Skilled in programming or scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
Deep functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration platforms like Salesforce.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, and global environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate leadership input into requirements.
