Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily development and maintenance of business applications, focusing on Thunderhead Smart Communications and JasperReports. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business applications using Thunderhead Smart Communications and JasperReports.
- Translate business specifications into detailed technical designs.
- Design reusable templates and components for scalability and maintainability.
- Create and maintain high-quality parameterized reports integrating with Java backends and external data sources.
- Ensure adherence to development guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend/backend developers, analysts, vendors, and business users.
- Troubleshoot issues during SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Thunderhead Smart Communications and JasperReports.
Experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats.
Experience with version control tools such as SVN.
Ability to support build and deployment processes using tools like Maven and Jenkins.
