Job Description
The Track Operations Supervisor will oversee daily circuit operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all track sessions and experiences. This role involves managing vehicle handling, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for operational needs. The supervisor will also prepare operational reports and maintain real-time awareness of track conditions.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Operations, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of experience in operations, motorsports or automotive
Experience managing vendors or on-ground operations for motorsports is an advantage
Strong understanding of safety and operational procedures
Hands-on and operationally driven
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety
Passion for automotive or motorsports is a plus
