Job Description
The Trainer (Cantonese) role involves daily interactions with associates to facilitate structured training sessions and manage various training programs, including onboarding and refresher courses. The position requires collaboration with client subject matter experts to ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing associates.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training materials.
- Analyze training-related statistics to assess effectiveness.
- Maintain current process documentation for training programs.
- Support management tasks related to training initiatives.
- Participate in relevant meetings to discuss training progress and improvements.
- Provide management information system reports on training outcomes.
Job Requirements
Must have Cantonese and English language proficiency.
Must have a University Degree.
Must have a deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry.
Preferred experience includes 6 to 10 years in the healthcare insurance sector.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
