The Trainer (Cantonese) role based in Malaysia involves training associates using a structured approach and managing various training programs including new hire and refresher trainings. The position requires coordination with client subject matter experts to communicate process updates and operational knowledge, as well as maintaining current process documentation and analyzing training-related statistics. The Trainer also collaborates on process improvements, supports management tasks, and participates in relevant meetings while providing management information system reports.
Job Requirements
Must have Cantonese and English language proficiency.
Must have a deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the APAC market.
Must have an end-to-end understanding of insurance claims process, benefits/policy servicing, provider relationships, and customer contact center operations.
Must have a University Degree.
Preferred experience includes 6 to 10 years in the healthcare insurance sector.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
