Transition & Mobilization Manager at Accenture Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Transition & Mobilization Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient transitions during outsourcing and service delivery projects. This role collaborates with various teams to design and implement Service Transition programs that meet business goals and quality standards.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve working closely with Service Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Transition Program Managers to facilitate effective transitions. You will be part of a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment on Service Transition programs.
• Support the development of response materials that meet client requirements.
• Assist in cost estimation and detailed work plan development for resource allocation.
• Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate concepts and alternatives to provide data-driven insights.
• Manage workstreams within larger Service Transition programs for timely execution.
• Define and implement components within Service Transition programs using standard solutions.
