Trust & Safety Analyst (Indonesian Speaker) – Accenture Malaysia

The Trust & Safety Analyst (Indonesian Speaker) is responsible for leading a team of Content Moderators to ensure the safety and integrity of user-generated content. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a secure online environment by addressing and resolving user-reported issues and system flags.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a team dedicated to analyzing and reviewing various forms of user content, including profiles, audio, videos, and text. You will be exposed to sensitive content, requiring strong resilience and coping skills, while actively participating in well-being support programs for the Trust & Safety community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Content Moderators in analyzing and reviewing user-generated content.
• Investigate and escalate issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Resolve content-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with training and quality teams to identify training needs.
• Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.
• Conduct individual meetings for coaching and supporting team members.
• Report performance data and manage team attendance and leave.
