The Trust & Safety Analyst (Indonesian Speaker) role involves leading a team of Content Moderators who analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. This includes investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. The role requires resilience and coping skills due to exposure to objectionable and sensitive content and involves active participation in well-being support programs specifically designed for the Trust & Safety community.
