Job Description
In this role, you will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content daily to ensure compliance with client guidelines. You will actively participate in well-being support programs and continuous training to manage exposure to potentially sensitive content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user profiles and content to ensure safety and compliance.
- Review audio, video, and text-based content for quality assurance.
- Investigate and escalate issues flagged by users or the system.
- Resolve content-related issues while adhering to client policies.
- Participate in well-being support programs for emotional resilience.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Advocate for the user community in discussions about sensitive topics.

Ability to speak Khmer.
