The Trust & Safety Associate (Khmer Speaking) role involves analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content to ensure internet safety and improve the quality of online content. The Associate will investigate, escalate, and resolve issues flagged by users or the system while adhering to client guidelines and policies. The role includes active participation in well-being support programs and continuous training to manage exposure to potentially sensitive content.
Job Requirements
Ability to speak Khmer.
Strong resilience and coping skills to handle exposure to potentially objectionable and sensitive content.
Good understanding of client guidelines and policies related to content moderation.
Capability to analyze, classify, investigate, and resolve content-related issues.
Willingness to participate in continuous training and well-being programs.
Effective communication skills to serve as an advocate for the user community and engage in discussions about socially sensitive topics.
Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance work quality and efficiency.
