Content moderators serve as an important line of defense by improving the quality and safety of online content. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content to resolve issues reported by users or flagged by systems. The role involves investigating complex content issues, adhering to changing client policies, and participating in process improvement initiatives. You will act as an advocate for the user community while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent comprehension and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
Ability to perform duties objectively and devoid of personal biases.
High affinity and cultural awareness regarding political and social situations in Indonesia.
Ability to work differing rotations, shifts, and non-standard work hours.

Previous experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) or content moderation is preferred.
