The Trust & Safety New Associate (Indonesian) is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of online content. This role involves analyzing and reviewing user-generated content while advocating for the user community in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will engage in daily content moderation tasks, reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content to address reported issues. You will work closely with changing client policies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Investigate complex content issues reported by users or flagged by systems.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to adhere to changing client policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance content moderation practices.
- Advocate for the user community while performing duties objectively.
- Work varying shifts and non-standard hours as required.
Job Requirements
Excellent comprehension and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
High affinity and cultural awareness regarding political and social situations in Indonesia.
Previous experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) or content moderation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information from multiple streams.
