Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content to uphold online safety standards. You will work in a dynamic team environment, addressing issues reported by users and flagged by the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review user-generated content for compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate and escalate issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
- Organize and publish content in accordance with client policies.
- Resolve complex content issues while advocating for users.
- Participate in process improvements and training programs.
- Maintain resilience when exposed to objectionable and sensitive content.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to enhance content moderation processes.
