Job Description
This role involves driving business workshops, blueprint sessions, developing business blueprints and functional specifications, creating test scenarios, conducting training, and providing defect management support within SAP ISU FICA. The specialist is responsible for designing core and customized business process solutions according to industry best practices and managing the delivery process from origin to implementation and support. Experience in SAP ISU FICA modules with implementation is required, with knowledge of utility industry business processes and SAP configurations related to Device Management, CS/CRM, and Billing.
Job Requirements
Experience in SAP ISU FICA modules with implementation experience.
1 to 10 years of experience depending on role level: Analyst (1 to 5 years) or Consultant (5 to 10 years).
Understanding of business processes in the Utility Industry including Regulated and Deregulated sectors.
Knowledge in preparation of business blueprints, business process plans, functional documents, and test cases.
Ability to understand configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between SAP modules such as Device Management, CS/CRM, and Billing.
Experience defining test scenarios covering full business scope and performing unit, cycle and integration tests.
Familiarity with FICA processes including Credit and Collections, Incoming and Outgoing Payments, Returns Process, Write off, Collection Agencies, Security Deposit, Payment Plans, Escheatment Process, and Clearing Rules.
Experience with 3rd party integrations, archiving, and batch jobs.
Domain experience in electricity, gas or water utilities industries is a plus.
Good business communication skills including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, creative and proactive thinking, and adapt communication to situational needs.
