Role Summary
The Vice President - ICT Operations is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational excellence of the entire ICT Operations function. This role ensures the efficient and secure delivery of ICT services across multiple entities, supporting academic and research ICT needs.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of ICT services, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment that supports both academic and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of ICT operations.
- Manage and optimize ICT service delivery across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
- Oversee the management of complex ICT teams and resources.
- Collaborate with academic and research departments to align ICT services with their needs.
- Implement and maintain a shared services model for ICT operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ICT function.
Job Requirements
Possess a recognised Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing a large-scale ICT Operations function.
Proven experience in a shared services or multi-entity support model.
Preferred experience in the Education industry or similar multi-campus support environment.
