In this role, you will plan, shoot, and edit various video content, working closely with the marketing team to align with brand standards. You will lead shoots, manage the crew, and ensure a smooth production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conceptualize creative video ideas.
- Lead video shoots and manage production crews.
- Operate professional videography equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit videos using professional software to meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand identity.
- Mentor junior videographers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Ensure proper lighting, audio, and composition during shoots.
- Maintain and manage production equipment effectively.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of professional videography experience.
Proven experience in team leadership or on-set coordination.
Strong proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
Experience with professional editing software like Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.
