Role Summary

The Workday Absence & Time Tracking Functional Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Absence and Time Tracking module. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include configuring, implementing, and supporting the Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective leave management and time tracking processes are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Workday Absence and Time Tracking module.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure and implement functionalities related to leave management and accruals.
  • Conduct system testing and resolve any defects identified.
  • Provide end-user training and develop comprehensive documentation.
  • Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead and manage teams as a subject matter expert in Workday.
