This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure, implement, and support functionalities related to leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.
Strong understanding of Workday Absence and Time Tracking module.
Experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
Capability to conduct system testing and resolve defects.
Ability to provide end-user training and develop documentation.
Knowledge of Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
Skill in collaborating with technical teams including data and integration.
Ability to stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements.
Experience in leading and managing teams as a subject matter expert.
