Role Summary
The Workday Core Finance Functional role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Workday Core Compensation and Benefits modules. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective compensation planning and benefits administration.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include gathering requirements, configuring systems, and validating testing related to compensation and benefits. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance the Workday Core Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Configure systems based on business requirements.
- Analyze data related to compensation planning and benefits administration.
- Validate testing processes for salary adjustments and employee enrollment.
- Maintain and update functional documentation.
- Assist with end-user training and create training materials.

Experience in Workday Core Compensation and Benefits modules.
Ability to gather and document business requirements accurately.
Knowledge of configuring compensation plans and benefit plans.
Experience supporting test case preparation and system testing.
