Role Summary
The Workday Core HCM Functional Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Workday's Core HCM module. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance employee lifecycle management and organizational structure management.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with business stakeholders and functional consultants to ensure effective implementation and support of Workday's Core HCM functionalities. You will also work closely with technical teams during testing scenarios to ensure system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Support system configuration and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
- Maintain and update functional documentation corresponding to system and process changes.
- Assist with end-user training and support, including creating training materials and conducting sessions.
- Prepare test cases, execute system tests, and document results to assure system functionality.
- Work with cross-functional teams for integration with other Workday modules like Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in Workday's Core HCM module.
Experience in gathering business requirements and documenting them accurately.
Knowledge of Core HCM business processes such as employee records, job management, and organizational structures.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to provide functional input to data and integration teams.
