Role Summary
The Workday Integration role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations. This position plays a critical role in implementation projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful integration solutions for clients.
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the integration workstream, working closely with clients and technical teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions. You will guide integration developers in delivering secure and scalable integrations across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements.
- Lead integration discovery workshops to assess current systems.
- Guide integration developers in implementing solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security in integrations.
- Conduct integration testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain and improve integration documentation and best practices.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Experience in enterprise integration design and Workday implementation projects.
Ability to work closely with client stakeholders.
Understanding of Workday integration best practices and architecture.
Experience in overseeing integration testing and defect resolution.
