The Workday Integration Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations as part of implementation projects. This role involves leading the integration workstream and working closely with clients, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and guide integration developers to deliver scalable and secure Workday integrations.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Experience in leading integration workstreams for Workday implementations.
Ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams to gather and define integration requirements.
Understanding of enterprise integration design and best practices.
Skills in troubleshooting and resolving integration defects.
Ability to maintain integration documentation and technical specifications.
Strong focus on data integrity, security, and compliance in integrations.
Good communication and client advisory skills.
Experience working with third-party application vendors for data exchange.
