The Workday Test Lead is responsible for defining and leading the overall testing strategy for Workday implementation and related integrations. This role involves developing and maintaining test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across different test phases, coordinating with functional and technical teams to ensure proper creation and review of test scenarios and cases, as well as supporting client teams during test execution with guidance and progress tracking.
Job Requirements
Experience leading testing strategy for enterprise software implementations.
Ability to develop and maintain detailed test plans and schedules.
Strong coordination skills to work with functional and technical teams on test case creation and review.
Capability to support client teams by providing clear guidance and managing expectations during testing.
Experience managing the defect triage process including issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution follow-up.
Effective communication skills to report testing status, risks, and metrics to project leadership and stakeholders.
Commitment to aligning testing activities with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Ability to contribute to process improvement and document testing standards and practices.
