Need to be comfortable with management in order to succeed

There is no work like balance and management won't ask the project team if you work more than 9 hours a day. here people are working up to 12 hours.

Work overload , no raises, no opportunity for growth or promotion. Leadership demands more work but those who work hard never recognized nothing is done to boost . employee morale.people in leadership positions who do not know how to do their job.

It feels we are stuck at roles and there is no growth

Growth is very slow for non IT

Promotion, office, overtime, certifications, work

Management Culture Tech stack Turnaround time on anything Tech security so rigid you can't even do your job Constant tech issues, you spend more time dealing with that than anything else. Constant forced restarts that always result in issues. This is a soulless organisation. Every small thing that should be straight forward you have to email a faceless email address or log a ticket but good luck getting a response. It's truly amazing so many people are choosing to work here. I have not spoken to a single colleague who enjoys working here.

Nothing as such just delay in hike and promotions like many other organisations
