Low incentives for seniors/managers across the business

Start with the higher leadership inside the location in Memphis. The females inside are more concerned with how their wigs, fake lashes and nails look than assisting people in finding employment.

Not great leadership and management

People are mostly yes man, promoting chances are very few, instead of leading current people up, bringing outsiders for upper positions

Only related to the nature of this role itself, personal preference.

Management seemed overworked to handle issues with equipment. Still get paid while equipment is down however.

Low increase by year end and difficult to get a big raise

Low pay, only basic salary, No benefits, Employees does not feel like they actually belong to the Adecco and are treated as some number in their list. Like worker number #23. It feels the company is is not there to help the people to grow but otherway around.

Managers just use people to get their work done. There is no goal setting. No KRA, KPI’s defined. No respect for people. Worst politics. Your capabilities don’t matter in this company. All that matters, is how nicely you can butter your manager. You can be the dumbest person, but still might get better recognition because of your buttering skills. Worst decision of my life is joining Adecco. I wish someone had helped me with this review before I could join.
