Administration
Recruitment consultants were very helpful, easy to communicate with.
Mostly working in contract positions
Associate consultant
1. Can work with a lot of big companies and get to know each companies' cultures. 2. Looks good on the resume as you are looking for another job as a HR.
1. High sales pressure without training and expect you to reach the goal without really guiding new comer how. 2. No work life balance and expect you to work overtime everyday. 3. Try to force and lie to candidates to take the job to reach sales goal.
On-site covid tester
The hourly pay they offered was great
They don't give hours to you. They recruit friends of their own and they are way too overstuffed, extremely disorganized, they Hire and keep unqualified PC's on the job and they lose most of their contracts with companies in less then a 2 months.

Making weekly pay check, helpful floor trainers at Honda Plant, eventually you might be able to be employed at Honda.
Adecco is toxic and treats employees like children. They make you watch days or videos, which are basically all the same...drink the company Kool aid Obviously we like the company. Honda or we wouldn't be there, they yell at you, like a toddler if you are 30 seconds late from break in front of everyone, you have to sign put to go to the bathroom, Honda gives them way more than they pay us; example Honda is paying minimum of $30 an hour to Adecco and Adecco is paying is 20 and hour, Honda has a much larger attendance bonus they pay Adecco for us, but Adecco only provides $100 per month of perfect attendance, If one day you are late to the training center, they make you wait all week to come back on the same day, you must be working through Adecco for minimum 6 months before being able to be hired direct at Honda (takes most employees 2 years), Adecco doesn't provide any bonus that Honda pays them...November bonus regular employees get, Adecco doesn't offer stocks or anything else full time.employees at Honda get. You would think for all the money Adecco is making off temporary employees, they would treat us like adults and show us respect. If you treat people like children they will behave as such. The training drags out and doesn't have much to do with your actual job on the floor at Honda.
Event usher
Reasonable Pay. Vibrant Environment to work at. Ensure we are professional at all times.
Nothing. Everything is good for me.
Production associate
Adecco always had someone on-site where I was working that I could talk to and communicate my needs as a worker.
Adecco building is in a difficult place to find
pay and time off are good

Customer service representative
Any hours available close to home and great environment to work in
Worked everyday no breaks or days off

Payroll
manager is very supportive and will step in to help the team from other departments. Quarterly welfare
structured, almost like a school system. Unspoken strict rules. role can be demanding and there is not much work-life balance. The environment is quite strict and may not suit everyone. No career progression.
Recruitment consultant
Amazing team and support for such a large multi-national
Salary initially not in line with market but this increases with service/promotion
Education counselor
Ferm at its decesion ,and believe able
Salary promotion is slow for workers
Temporary sales promoter
- If lucky, you get sent to outlets that are less profit driven for promotions, which allows you to establish deeper and more solid connections with customers - training is quite active and fun
- Upper management oblivious to working conditions of staff; some people (Area Lead) can text in inappropriate and disrespectful manners by all-capsing and accusing the promoters of not doing their job despite having done so - Depending on outlet, promoters can be isolated from the full time staff at retail outlets; queries to client (retail) staff can be dismissed/ignored - Micromanagement here and there, with photos taken of "inappropriate grooming and posture" without consent. No particular attempt to communicate with staff on their daily needs, only consistently texted and asked "are you aware of your role as a promoter?" - No particular attempt to motivate or understand the promoters; only positions "consequences" and "being fierce" as a reaction to negative complaints. - long retail hours; depending on outlet, may not even allow promoters to use toilet/sit when needed - overall, potentially red flag for those looking for a management that respects your work rather than threatening to fire you constantly
Warehouse associate

Talent acquisition specialist
Was stable, team environment, great training ground for recruiters starting in industry. Win4youth People were friendly and great
Below market salary Substandard evolving bonus structure Never provide targets on time Strategic goals of improving women in senior leadership which is a pro in some cases but ultimately hurts male employees in the process due to the quota system Senior business managers have never run a desk Fill and bill pom pom pomeranian approach from sideline no leading from the front KPI weekly hit list sent out to all staff High favoritism for perm businessline offering flexibility for one vertical and not to temp business when temp is holding the business. High turnover- I mean embarrassingly High rates. Take a look on linkedin and average tenure Whilst carrying peakon surveys which had fantastic information- they choose not to drive change required to retain key people within their business hence why you have many at ALH, TRN, and more.
Pay and benefits are great.
The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Every "supervisor" tells you something different. Get it together.
Foh
chill and friendly people working
grammar not too good in their messages
Cdm manager
great manager, hard job, great team
benefits are expensive for some colleagues
Hr- recruiter
Friendly atmosphere Competitive salary Improvement opportunities Benefits Good management
There are no cons, everything was great.
Data center operations technician ii
Provides life changing opportunities. No micro managing. Great company to work for.
Nothing major. No cons. Great company
Data entry
The work itself is crushingly dull but it's pretty informal and you can interact or not with your coworkers and everyone is nice enough.
Great Benefits is a giant lie. If you need health insurance from your job, and you will since you will earn too much to keep Medicaid and not enough for any kind of useful insurance, then this is not the job for you. But if your $17/h is for extras, like cruises, then this is the job for you since they consider cruise discounts to be yet another Great Benefit. But hey, no pto for that discount cruise. This is a job to do between jobs, not an actual job.
Material handler/forklift operator
Flexible work schedules, 3 1hr breaks, very easy work.
The supervisor and the “leads” are terrible at managing, they are lazy and show favoritism.
A nice start for entry level
Poor communication between employees and HR
Assistant investigator
weekly pay nice and flexible
no actual working benefits- no sick pay
Truly Great Place to Work
Benefits can be better for healthcare coverage
