Lack of career development, lack of leadership. Overall, it was a very Toronto focused company.

Adecco was an awesome training ground for someone looking to be successful in sales! You learn a lot about several different industries and have the opportunity to fail forward with each fill. I felt that I kept getting better and better over the almost 5 years I was there. I carry those lessons, victories, and experiences with me in my new sales endeavors!
With any large firm, things are always changing depending on the market, economy, leadership in place, etc. At the time, we had a revolving door for our executive leadership. To be fair, it was during the pandemic, and it was clear that they weren't getting the support that they needed to support their teams. Mid-levels did their best with restructuring our business and unfortunately at the time land locked several performers into specific functions to focus on stability which stunted recruiters growth and ultimately impacted the bottom line.
