Adecco used to be a good place to work. You worked hard and it was appreciated and felt like you made a difference in your community.
Extremely poor upper management over the past 5 years in the USA. Out of touch and no idea what is going on in the field. No merit increases for years even for branches exceeding budget goals. In addition the company brought in new inexperienced people making more then tenured proven professionals.

The organization change every year, there is a lot of turn over in the management team. The strategy is not always very clear. Shareholders regularly impose budget restrictions, such as limiting travel to the strict minimum (no more regional meetings), no more budget for Christmas meals, etc.
