Recruiter
Used to have hybrid working arrangement until they took it away, nothing much to be happy about because salary is low and growth is limited compared to other agencies in the market.
The company has zero tolerance for any deviation from traditional Japanese corporate culture, aiming to embody it to an extreme degree. This includes strict regulations on talking and eating (snack) at work, with seating arrangements changed every two months by management (nostalgic, just like when you were in primary school). Despite these stringent rules, there is a peculiar trend of promoting incompetence, particularly evident in an individual who thinks he knows it all, yet struggles with basic industrial knowledge. Additionally, there is unlimited leniency toward an incompetent female staff who not only makes frequent mistakes and receives a lot of complaints, but also engages in inappropriate behavior, including flirting with colleagues and engaging in office drama, including conflicts and romantic entanglements. Despite the strictness of the company's culture, such behavior seems to go unchecked, raising questions about the effectiveness of the imposed regulations in fostering a productive work environment.
Human resources generalist
1. Competitive Salary 2. Nice rewarding 3. Warm atmosphere
Sometimes the indecisive middle management makes the communication flow is interrupted.

Though divided into teams, most of the staff got along well and work together in a friendly atmosphere. The overall morale in the office were good and the staff were supportive of each other.
Not many career opportunities within the organisation; there was no room to grow and being Senior doesn't really matter. The new management was not very experienced. Goal oriented to a point where some people would do anything to achieve the target. Underachievers or human-oriented people would find it hard to stay. Terrible HR management.

A good place to learn the basic of recruitment and business development. Young and energetic workforce with the majority below 30.
Training is rigid and inflexible. Good if you are a robot. Does not value input, opinions, suggestions or new ideas.
