Global Working Environment. Work alongside employees from different regions of Asia. Office is strategically located in the heart of central business district, very accessible. Job is stable. Can travel to Japan if work performance is good.
Cons
There are too many rules and regulations set by the management. There is some degree of Micro-management and a lack of proper mentorship. Employees are discouraged to interact during lunch and usually eat in office.
