Nothing happens quickly here. However, Air Liquide has been in business and profitable for over 100 years. So, there is something to be said for a slow and conservative approach.

Pushing out experience and "can do it right the first time" talent for younger, cheaper, do not know their gasholes from a hole in the ground raw recruits. Move ahead... get paid less, I guess that's the new career opportunity (see conditional rating below) as dictated by what bean counters can measure
