Lack of defined career progression for non-operations track. Compensation below market, in my experience.

Very cliquey, if your face doesn’t fit you won’t get far. So stuck in their backwards ways and staff who have been there years and think they own the place. HR is always looking to wrong you and work against you. They watch you and set you up to fail. Everyone is working against each other making it quite toxic, but on the face of it they are very smiley

Annual raises are lower then similar companies

Working short handed on each shift.
