Highly interesting business Good place for grads to get experience but better to leave after a few years.

Many of the leaders lack integrity and experience with subject and people. HR lacks integrity and knowledge. Company rules by chaos. Company (HR) appears to be cleaning house of those near retirement (to make financial numbers) Poor safety and poor safety leader.
