If you get hired and receive an offer letter, don't anticipate an actual position. Went thru the lengthy interview process and received offer. Went thru their horrible background check - did more work than the background check company did, physical - took four hours with appointment and drug screen - was sent to the incorrect office for drug screen, office I was sent to had not done screening for three months.. Turned down an offer after receiving the offer letter from. AL - only to be called a few days prior to start date that the position had been eliminated.

Business nature is critical to downstream customer process, require 24/7 stand-by as a process engineer

Too conservative, lack of innovation. It is very difficult to adopt your newer and better idea. A lot of knowledge is controlled by the headquarter in France

The salary increase are rare they say that they don’t have enough budget, they can change the home oficie working days, not transparent enough, salary it’s not competitive, a lot of rumors in the office

The company has a terribly cumbersome process for allocating capital, and only the very top executives, perhaps even only the executives in Paris, are authorized to make decisions.

The management does not know how to be a people person and she is very combative to new ideas

Communication is poor and is often confusing. Options to work all days or all nights are not presently available outside of a medical accommodation. The compensation for the work performed has been slow in coming to fruition.

Company politics made the environment sometimes unbearable. Really concerned about company image and takes it into account when hiring.

After the interview, I emailed a thank you note and I got nothing back from them. After 3 weeks, i asked about the progress and nothing had every came back to me.

Everyone's duties always being expanded.

Sudden changes in system. Like in the name of transformation of system. This type of transformation creates a panic and feels a work load & also hampers the work.
