Pay scale and benefits far from industry standards/benchmark, too much focus on visibility instead of merit

Average pay scale...not above average in the industry. Retirement package is mediocre, Management not accountable for biased treatment and raises.

Sudden changes in system. Like in the name of transformation of system. This type of transformation creates a panic and feels a work load & also hampers the work.

High turnover, incompetent management. Awful.

Salary isn't always that competitive.
