Company had great potential but lack of concern or care over their employees made it a poor place to work. Not having HR on site made it a hostile environment and gave employees little trust in management. Lots of silos and management being removed enable poor preforms to dictate the feel & environment and let bad employees sneak through the cracks.

Plants are small and with small crews

A lot of very good people are leaving. Their compensation is not even close to keeping up with inflation whereas other companies offer a lot more money in the same sector. Some of the leadership team right at the top of the company rule by fear.

Right now Air Products it's not seeking for growth, but it's looking instead for an EBIDTA and revenue growth. This, in the mid-term (5-7 years) will probably make it collapse in separate more-profitable parts. CEO will probably sell it, let's say a 25%, to the best bet and divide the rest in more profitable chunks. Also the life-work balance is bad: everybody travels too much.

Horrible office environment, no fresh air or daylight. Managers have all the offices around the edge and everyone else is in the middle.

Must be in the "club" for anything beyond crumbs; not much collaboration among "little people"; very difficult to get approval or assistance for career development; pray you don't get a poor manager!!

Hard to get promoted at lower level.

poor management i was a victim of Bullying, Victimisation, and Corruption by the Air Products management sexual misconduct was allowed by the management.

There is a lot of complacency at this company and a lot of people who do not care and work is forced to others.

Bad management no advancement favorites are only thing going.

Not Good for Employee who is staying longer. If your financial growth is good you can stay longer
