over the years, most things have gone down hill.

Cash is king. Stock price is God. Rolling layoffs and probable sale of significant divisions in the near future. Possible sale of regional businesses in the future. Elitist CEO. Management has zero accountability. No incentive to make good decisions for the company, vs. good decisions for oneself. Extremely risk-averse.

Too conservative for anyone who is proactive. Any tiny decision takes very long time. Never change anything.

People based at headquarters get most job security and possibly opportunities.

However, mid-level management is disconnected from reality, hence they come up with weird theories about the market and their competitors.

Change is on the way in N America.

Company is very scattered out, not that it is a negative really, but unless your near Allentown, the likely hood of you needing to move for a better job is increased.
