Project Management can be better

hierachy is crazy and very structured

Lack of culture Middle management is uninterested in leading teams Legacy service-oriented business scheme (no) salary growth

Too many tools to do the same sort of work - ticketing systems, backup apps. Very poor mid and upper management. Have more managers than workers. Pay raises happen about every 4-5 years. There is little consistently in how things are done from one customer to another. Some customers get preferential treatment because of who they are they outsourced to the company an their mangers moved into leadership positions at Atos

Work life balance is non existent Pay is lower than industry

not easy to switch from one position to another due to the company's policy

Only hike calculation ,like same percentage will be calculate for heigher package and smaller as well.

Everything moves very slow due to lingering processes. Management should understand that "cost reduction" equals "customer satisfaction", but also equals "employee dissatisfaction".

Performance reviews are not standard and vary from manager to manager, Part of the company is very individualistic where teams only worry about "their own team" not the wider Atos, or sometimes literally just covering themselves. Some good schemes can get introduced but do not get enough support, backing, and follow through from senior leadership.

Management is poor: there hasn't been a team meeting in months, I've never had a one-to-one, you get shuffled around without discussion or notice, and the thanks you get for giving 110% is basically none.

Very stingy policies and communication levels to the employees is not up to the mark.

1. Too much power is given to management. And some people in management use it for there personal gain. 2. No work life balance in most of the projects.

No support from management when you start out. Promotions based on relations and nepotism. No support for life-work balance. Just work. Career advice and individual growth plan is only on paper.

the technology in house was very poor

corporate didn't pay attention to us so we could manage out time as we saw fit.

Bad management, Worst cab services, maximum salary hike up to 5%. Management, you wont learn a lot same thing every day, no appreciation for automation innovation not at all good for fresher

Strict Utilisation targets, which sometimes does not help in getting the right engagements

Constant layoff environment. A lot of the best people left or were laid off irrespective of job function or client service delivery importance. Demoralizing.

Not Good Salary, no compensation, deducting amounts from PLVP, cost cutting to an extent that closing a running centre

Salary is quite average. Increment is low. And most of all, they replace Time Off with OT which is a bummer
