Network security engineer
they employed me for a while so thats good i guess
you are just a number to them. the internal systems are a disaster and good luck getting help if you have actual problems. zero bonuses or other incentives and the management chain is the most bureaucratic mess i have ever seen.
Software developer
Not too much constraints. Possibility to work remotely.
Low salary, Poor Career Growth opportunities
Middleware engineer
Work from home; Not and 8-5 job
Performance and dedication are not appreciated, it's all about money and quick staffing; worked several night shifts to provide good quality support and it was never recognized or noticed on performance reviews. Low pay and subpar benefits
Anonymous employee
There are next to none.
We were acquired by Atos a few years ago. They came in and got rid of every employee they could, including whole departments that had specialized knowledge. They then turn around and complain when systems go down and there isn’t anyone to support them. They also cut all the hourly employees and made them contract workers through a staffing agency so they could cut pay didn’t have to offer them benefits. I got to watch a lot of close friends have to pick up second jobs just to be able to afford insurance. On top of all this when numbers weren’t being met so management wouldn’t get bonuses all US salaried employees were forced to take unpaid days off with the promise that it would be paid back down the line. It was not. Benefits are expensive, almost double what they were under the previous company. They also would not allow spouses on the insurance if they could get insurance, no matter how terrible, through their employer. Pay is super low which was acceptable when remote work was allowed. That got removed with no additional compensation.
Ingénieur logiciel
Learned a lot of things(by myself). Sometime may have the chance to touch various domain and aware of the new technology.
The administration and working env is very messed up. Colleague around are not serious and irresponsible at all. And team leader does not manage well the project nor the team.
Good work life balance and good work culture

Senior software engineer
salary pay check on time work directly with client
They will promise you a relocation reimbursment, the will take taxes from your money, and will take them up to 3 months to pay you. They will threaten to fire u, instead of talking about the problems. They ask you to make after hours interviews. Med insurance is not good. Their tools and webpages never work, password resets all the time, and when you call help desk they keep you waiting for an hour. No one will explain you how to request anything in their web pages or register on them, they just provide you with a bunch of outdated pdf's. you need to pay for your visa and airplanes.
