Lack of career opportunities and growth

None that i can think of

midrange salary, less growth, usual benefits

Money is not that good and HR seems to think the market is 10% lower of what it really is. Processes are a real pain. No expenditure on basic materials like pen or paper means that you have to ask your client for some quality basic equipment. Phones (old nokia) are a farce that HQ try to make you swallow with BYOD. PC are not up to speed especially if you are doing any programming. Generally, getting some material resources is very difficult.

Higher Management should take really some steps to make this place better,

pressure environment and work-life balance is not that great

They laid me off while I was working remotely while overseas for several months on family emergency. They knew in advance of my situation. Could not work overseas so was just stuck and unemployed for five (5) months. They apparently could care less about their employees as they strive to offshore every job they can.

Very few location available in india to relocate culture is not very well defined some time good some time bad

Only services based company, need products as well.

- Fast changing project specifications- It might be good for someone who loves this type of environment.

No real career path, just provide services to big customers.

Growth needs to be given in terms of Finanace and professional prospects

Lack of transparency and professionalism - when it comes to root cause analysis. The department's management might play favoritism in selecting its candidates for promotion. These managers will only report good news and it's against the real situation on the floor.

Working for more that the required time without OT pays. Promotion is very limited and often given to external candidates.

They don't provide a lot of return offer. As a branch of a big international company, it's not a fast moving team.

The company is very messy, normal to send emails and never get replies, some people seem like they don't care about anything. There is also a lot of discrimination by some managers in Poland.

As all the big companies, there has some strict policies.

Selfish seniors and with some politic players in office. 2. busybody colleagues who intent to invade your privacy and share in office in order to take advantages in office politic. 3. seriously much underpay than average market pay but the top management who taking high pay won't take care you at all. Very easy to get a higher pay job outside than here, so learn something and leave as soon as possible. 4. family business is taking place. 5. stingy bosses will try all their best to shrunk your increment and cancel your after probation increment bu giving lame excuse.
