Poor pay. They treat their employees like children. You can't even visit the restroom without asking for permission. Management is completely disengaged. Most of them don't have any ideas what their team members actually do, and let numbers and statistics do the performance evaluations without understanding the circumstances surrounding these metrics. That said, it's not hard to keep your job as long as you show up to work. There are a large number of smokers among management and they always seem to play favorites with the employees who go out to smoke with them.

Few issues related to internal service departments like internal IT support, Transport etc.

Not good, do not treat all as same

monotonous projects and remote work

High staff turnover, leaves alot of spaces in departments that you may reluctantly end up in. Incredibly low salary increase, 2% or less. This is less than inflation. Inconsistent support from senior management. Be aware once probation period is over, things quickly change afterwards.

Shift time, transportation, team politics support by manager.

Less growth opportunities, low salary

Nothing to say negative about Atos

Not a Good Management---all the managers are in the Mumbai location and they will not follow the proper corporate culture

Less package for MCA. Should be at least equal to BE
