Manager
Nice people in the main. Work from home culture(mainly because travel is banned). Not may emails as everything done via instant messenger (not always a good thing)
It’s all about cost cutting, relentless bean counting and pointless processes. Training is non existent and the company does everything remotely to save costs. You never meet your colleagues and more focus on internal meetings than customer meetings. Under investing everywhere
Project manager
Great exposure in technology , learning & development
Sometimes processes are too long

Senior manager
Large with large and focused ambitions, leading to many personal opportunities (52 countries, from consulting to ops) Serious Well Being At Work program Leading edge in digital transformation (management roles, Zero Email -> social collaboration) Serious Talent Management Ambitious company with impressing (external) growth with integration capability : learn always friom new colleagues !
financial results oriented (huge pressure on productivity) need to improve organic growth as a culture at higher level, quite political
Systems engineer
There are no pros from employee policy. From CEO to your manager every one is working for only one goal i.e. 'to save my job' Work Life balance is the best yet I experienced. Everyone seems more or less relaxed.
>The HR in Atos are there because other IT organizations have HR dept. HR will not care even if you are dying while on job. >No one in the employee services like accounts , operations will fear of an escalation even to CEO. >Managers will have a thought about something and rest should follow same , if you raise your voice nothing will change but your salary hike will change for sure. Even people will not mind you though you are saying about daily troubles. >One thing for sure that if you join atos, you will not get any hike for at least next 3 years >Though policy tells that you can work from home for 20 days in a year , you will not be allowed to do so by hook or crook. >There are no technical people around you. Those who are there for longer time do not even know very basics of the technology. >Managers in atos think that his employee is working for him/her not for company. I always felt that my manager is paying my salary thats why he behaves like this. If you are joining as sr manager and above then it will be the best job because the thing you need to do is speak with client , say ok to every thing that client says then tell employees under you that client had put 'bla bla bla....' target / expectation or some similar word , if your employee argues stop her saying by anything and then relax and relax and relax. Do not listen to any problem.
