Appraisal process is very slow

Management are very stat heavy!!

Poor sales team where I was. Fellow engineers who sell themselves to their customer were quickly out of work.

You can't work remote, only hybrid. Salaries for recruiters are good, but the salaries for the people they have to hire are small.

Many business processes, slow moving when it comes to making decisions

Typical indian management, no onsite, support projects, no appreciation, no work life balance, no promotions, cuts variable pay, no good hikes,

Power-tripping Management. HR doesn't do their Job as much, you almost often just see them roaming around the Cafeteria doing nothing. No career advancement at all. Too hard to file leaves as well despite having too many leave credits.

Very little progression opportunities Sometimes focussed on the numbers too much (call times, wrap etc,) rather than actual customer experience.

Low salary, impact on work life balance

So far communication has been a day late and a dollar short. There has been no employee orientation and training on the new systems to be used was last minute, rushed and inadequate.
