They don't like to pay well

It can be difficult to move up if you aren't actively trying to network and do extracurricular activities such as help put on an event (remote or physical location) or go out of your way to put together a presentation just to help others learn something, and so forth and so on. Also, if you're not consistently on a project or getting billable work there is a high possibility of being let go.

I faced hostile behavior, and too much stress and anxiety the moment I joined this company. The management didn't seem to care about employees and their well-being. All it wanted was to dominate employees and push them to work insanely brutal hours to complete a million tasks. I chose to leave within a short period as I could not avoid this ridiculous behavior.

Process is slow and time taking

Capco is consulting company acquired by wipro but as per my experience it is a body shoping company mens you have a project then only your job is safe or else they are terminate with in two month of time after you relieving from the project There is no job security Worest management Not maintain transperancy Limited time project duration 2Month Difficult to get projects
