Senior consultant
Many different ways to learn the various aspects of consulting. i.e. Business development, sales, practice development, and community leadership. Great company to work for. Great comradery with team members, company culture is very driven towards performance. Has a lot of very high-performing individuals.
If you are trying to be promoted to anything above a Senior Consultant, it will take 2-3 years to be promoted. Need to prove sales will be met for the current year and next year. This is Highly dependent on the manager of your project and how they allocate sales. If the manager of your project is not a good manager, it can be hard to get a better rating than 3. Depending on the client, work-life balance can be challenging. Some clients require you to be onsite, others remote, others require travel. This changes with each client, the consultant does not always get a choice.
Principal consultant
Financial clients including major banks and insurance companies. Flexible transport facility during work from office. Employee friendly policies.
Nothing to point out currently.

The work environment is very good, people are warm and helpful
Haven't had a negative experience yet
(a) Monthly timely salary payouts (b) Online Udemy training access
(a) CAPCO India losing client contracts. (b) Indian employees asked to leave company within 60 days - Garden Leave (c) Contracts of short duration of 2 months. Employees don't know how long they will last in process. (d) Lot of idle Human Resources.
Good place to work and learn
Possible you might work on short projects which affect your visibility building and growth in org, if you are little introvert.
Senoir consultant
Nice Work Environment and good culture.
Not so great hike annually.
Anonymous employee
Cannot think of any other than they're obsessed with giving their overly paid consultants free fast food once a week if you sit through the extremely dull events.
Upper management bends over backwards and moves mountains to protect their horribly incompetent middle managers. Groups of people who have next to no idea how to do their jobs will float around taking advantage of the people that actually get things done and then have the gall to wonder why people are leaving in droves, people don't like being taken for granted, you should consider that. Wood Lice have more sense than some of these people, you'd think you were in an episode of the office by how satirical some of the going ons are in this company Do yourself a favour and save yourself the agony of working here, you and your mental health will thank you.
Good opportunities to work with clients
It was a time of transition in the business
Associate
If you are looking to break into the Big 4, this is a good place to start off and learn ropes of consulting. Mentoring is big here and you will learn a lot fast.
Be prepared to "interview" again internally when you roll off of a project and end up on the bench (dont want to end up here). Also beware of business politics.
